INFORMATION TO THE STALITES AND FRESHERS

Dear students, the Management is aware of your excitement to return back to the school and your eagerness not to lose a whole session. The Management is not interested in any student losing a whole modular year hence the need for drastic actions. In order to avoid losing a whole modular year at the same time prevent the working class from losing their job, the Management has decided to organize weekend lectures for you in addition to the course materials that would be given to you by your lecturers. The Management acknowledges the fact that many of you are from far places, but for now that is the best the Management could offer.
The Management expects all the students to reciprocate this gesture of the Management by prompt payment of the necessary fees. It may not be easy, however, you just have to look for possible means to get the money paid within the limited time.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1. All fresh students are to go to DIDPANC and collect registration forms from Mr. Opabode.
2. All 200 – 500 students to go to LASU/FCES office near the college bookshop to collect registration forms from Mr. Ganiyu. Make sure you write your names on a sheet provided for your Department.
3. All the students are to check the notice board at the LASU/FCES office for the general courses meant for each level.
4. Fill your general courses on your forms.
5. Go to your Department to get the list of courses for your level from your HOD or his representative.
6. Fill your Departmental courses. Make sure that your total unit course (including re-run courses) should not be less than 28 units and not more than 32 units.
7. The result of your Departmental courses (not yet moderated) will be made available at your Department.
8. The result of general courses (not yet moderated) will be made available at the LASU/FCES notice board.
9. Fill the failed compulsory courses before the current level courses.
10. Take your completed forms to your school APO for endorsement.
11. Make 3 extra copies of the form and distribute as follows:
i. School of education
ii. Your department
iii. LASU/FCES secretariat
12. After the final submission at the LASU/FCES secretariat, get a signal clearance from Mr. Ganiyu to indicate that you have completed your manual registration.
13. The final registration is online. You are going to be informed when portal is opened. However, if you have not done the online registration for the previous modular year, contact your colleagues who have done so to guide you.
